1. Who we are

This Policy explains what Hilarious CO does with personal information collected through hilariousai.io. Hilarious CO is an artificial intelligence development company. This Policy covers this website only. It does not cover software we build for clients under separate agreements, which is governed by those agreements.

2. What you give us

The enquiry form on our contact page is the only place on this website where you can give us personal information. It collects:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, which is optional
• your country
• the message you write

The form cannot be submitted without ticking the consent box, which links to this Policy. There is no account to create on this website, nothing to buy, and no newsletter to join.

3. What is collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, the page that referred you, and the time of the visit. Our analytics providers also observe how pages are used, described in section 5.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry. A copy reaches our team, and an acknowledgement is sent to the address you entered so you know the form worked.
• To keep a record that consent was given, which is why the time in UTC, the IP address, the page the form was on and the exact wording you agreed to are stored with each submission.
• To keep the site working, secure and free of automated abuse.
• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Sending the form does not add you to any mailing list, because this website operates none.

5. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

Our server sets no cookies of its own. The following third-party services run on this website and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, for aggregate traffic statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used, including session replays and heat maps of clicks and scrolling.
• Ahrefs Analytics, for aggregate traffic statistics.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the enquiry form from automated submissions and assesses whether a visitor is human.
• Cloudflare cdnjs, which serves one JavaScript library used by the site and therefore sees the request your browser makes for it.

Each of these is operated by the company named and processes information under its own terms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and browser add-ons exist that opt out of Google Analytics and similar services. Blocking them does not stop the enquiry form from working.

6. Who processes information for us

• GreenGeeks, our hosting provider, stores the website and the enquiries submitted to it.
• Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), operated by Amazon Web Services, sends and processes our email. Delivery events such as bounces and complaints are handled there, and an address that hard bounces or files a complaint is suppressed automatically so that mail does not continue to it.
• The analytics and anti-abuse services listed in section 5.

These providers receive only what they need in order to provide their service.

7. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States and our providers process information there. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those where you live.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and the correspondence that follows them: two years, then deleted.
• Consent records attached to a submission: kept for as long as the enquiry itself.
• Server and security logs: normally up to 90 days, longer only if needed to investigate an incident or to meet a legal obligation.
• Analytics data: retained by each provider under its own retention settings.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it and to confirm what was done. Write to admin@hilariousai.io and say which of these you want. We answer within thirty days, and we do not charge for it.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights.

10. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to answer them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

11. Children

This website is meant for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to admin@hilariousai.io and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

If this Policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information will be described rather than quietly substituted.
